Technical Support Plans
Once your website is up and running, a Technical Support Plan (TSP) is the ongoing service for minor website changes and updates to be completed quickly and without issues.
Most clients opt-in and stay on a TSP since we work on websites every day and can make changes much faster and without disruption or errors.
Prerequisites: This service is for Austen Agency website clients. If you already have a website built by another vendor or yourself but would like to have a TSP with us, please schedule a free consultation.
How Pricing Works
TSPs are sold in 6-month increments. Payment is due before service begins.
Having a TSP is optional for the Mini-Showcase and Showcase website levels. For the Show & Sell website level, one 6-month instance is required right after the website is published, since 100% of Show & Sell clients have questions and change requests, and we can’t help without a TSP in place.
Mini-Showcase: $30/month, up to 3 requests/month
Showcase: $40/month, up to 3 requests/month
Show & Sell: $55/month, up to 4 requests/month
For sites with major Add-Ons such as a Membership/Patron Area and/or Offering Online Courses: $75/month, up to 5 requests
How it works
Once on your TSP, you’ll contact us when you have a minor change request. We'll make the change and track against your plan. Although we establish a 3 business-day window to make the change, we always strive to make the change as quickly as possible.
The majority of common change requests qualify under the Technical Support Plan. If you’re asking for a larger change that is more of a small project, we’ll let you know and why.

Add or change images
Add or change wording
Add or change a marketing pop-up or banner
Re-order website navigation
Re-order home page sections
Change or update font styles (site-wide)
Change or update colors (site-wide)
Fix small client DIY mistakes on links or formatting
Change a date on a blog post or footer
Add or change social media links
Add to FAQ (client provides copy)
Copy editing for 1 - 2 paragraphs
Post a new video or podcast (client provides any copy & link)
Add up to 2 blog posts with image (client provides copy & image idea)
Change Copyright dates with a new year
eCommerce Changes:
Add, change, or hide a product (client provides copy & image)
Change a product/service image
Update wording or pricing
Add, delete, or rename shop categories
Add a sale or discount code
