Business Email with Google Workspace

Art business owners should have and use a business email address that matches your website domain, not a personal email address (such as @gmail.com or @mac.com, etc.).

A business email address is also required if you want to do professional email marketing. Most systems will not allow a personal email address to send emails to subscribers.

Establishing a business Google Workspace account after you’ve acquired a domain name is one the best and most affordable ways to make this happen. With Google Workspace, you can manage email on any device, run a business calendar, have a Drive space for files and sharing, add on other business apps such as Google Voice (business phone number) and more.

Prerequisite: This service is for Austen Agency website and/or support clients only that have a business domain name and website.

How Pricing Works

  • One-Time Fee: You’ll pay a one-time $200 fee to Austen Agency for this set-up service, which includes updating DNS records on your website, setting up the account, testing your access, and 15 - 20 minutes of training. This account will also enable you to use Add-Ons like Email Marketing, Advanced Forms, link Google Search Console, and more.

  • Ongoing Email Hosting Costs: The platform cost is separate and paid directly to Google Workspace since you will be the sole account owner. These costs are set by Google, not Austen Agency. The monthly cost for Google Workspace’s one email address Starter Plan is under $10/month. The price increases for two or more email addresses using the same domain name and depending on the capabilities you choose. We will walk you through these costs during the Initial Consultation.
